By using egcasino's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

• Deposits made using a third party's bank account or mobile number are not permitted

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal on egcasino:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit (for security purposes)
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 for Silver members and unlimited for Diamond members
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳1,00,000 will not be processed without completed KYC verification
• Bonus balances with incomplete rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn

• Each bet outcome is independent — previous results have no effect on future results
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved and can be viewed once you reconnect.
• Egcasino reserves the right to void winnings awarded as a result of a system error
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 24 hours
• Bets are refunded if a Sports Betting match is cancelled

The following activities are strictly prohibited on egcasino:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Placing bets through fraudulent or deceptive means
• Using another person's account credentials
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other members or staff

Egcasino may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a terms & conditions violation
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request
• For legal or regulatory reasons

If an account is closed, any valid balance (subject to rollover requirements being met) will be returned. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
